The office people were very nice. It's on a great location. The rooms are decent and have a mini fridge and microwave. There are restaurants and stores within waking distance. The bed and pillows however were hard as a rock.
Though a little dated the rooms were very clean and spacious. Good wifi and premium TV channels. Location was great for our needs on holiday; staff were very helpful and the laundry was great value and secure. Only slight downside is no in room coffee machine though when we asked a kettle was provided.
They are very accomodating and nice. The room and bathroom are very clean. I felt safe staying here.
Property is neat and well kept. Rooms are clean. Great location. Short drive to Dodgers and Rose bowl stadiums and other downtown areas. Turned out to be a great stay for our short trip.
Stayed here twice last week and it was an excellent experience. The rooms are tasteful and clean and I would absolutely stay here again. The lovely lady at the front desk is very sweet and an excellent help as well
I am currently here right now and i just got to say this place is absolutely amazing and well priced for what you get. The king rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, nice tv, a/c, a desk, very comfortable beds and dining tables w/ chairs to eat at. Also there is numerous outlets available. One of my favorite things is they dont block the hdmi ports on the tvs like alot of other hotels do. The wifi is amazing. Havent had any issues using my xbox.. But lastly and most important the staff here is absolutely friendly and very attentive!! We had a problem with the toilet and they fixed it immediately right away!! Because of how amazing this place is i decided to stay a couple extra nights. And i will also be making all my future reservations as my expectations were not only met but exceeded!! Thank you much Chariot Inn!! You made my stay the best it could be!!
Clean facility with some elements showing age and need for repair. Very helpful and friendly staff. The listing we saw said that breakfast was included, but the lobby was closed and there was only window service. Room was clean and everything worked well, except for the showerhead... it almost fell off and I had to screw it back on. Biggest complaint is that we woke up to a cockroach on the wall, which if we are honest, isn't all that surprising for an urban motel in a huge metropolitan area.
